Due to the nature of medical supplies, returns are subject to strict conditions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new and unopened
  • The product must be in original retail packaging
  • Security seals must remain intact
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (recommended window)

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened CGM sensors
  • Opened insulin pump pods
  • Opened medical devices
  • Any product not in original condition

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email Support@DiabeticSaver.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
