1. Who we are
Diabetic Saver LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Diabetic Saver ("Diabetic Saver," "we," "us"), operates diabeticsaver.com (the "Site"). We are an independent reseller of diabetes supplies and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers of the products we sell.

Our returns facility at 3250 W Robindale Rd, Suite 135, Las Vegas, NV 89139 accepts authorized product returns only. Please send privacy requests and other correspondence to the business address, email or phone number above.
This policy covers information we collect through the Site, our emails, and our phone and email support. We are a retailer. We are not a health plan, healthcare provider or pharmacy, and we do not operate as a HIPAA covered entity. We do not ask for or collect prescriptions, prescriber information, insurance information, date of birth, or diagnosis.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and delivery details: name, billing and shipping address (including P.O. box and military/APO addresses), email address and phone number
- Order details: products purchased, quantities, shipping method selected, order history, and subscription preferences if you subscribe
- Payment details, entered at checkout and handled by our payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Return, cancellation and claim details: your order number, the reason for a return, address-change requests, and any photos you send of a damaged, defective or incorrect item and its packaging
- Messages and calls: what you send us by email or through our contact form, and information you give us by phone. We do not record or transcribe calls.
- Product reviews you submit, and newsletter sign-ups
Information collected automatically through cookies, pixels and similar technologies: IP address, device and browser type, pages and products viewed, items added to your cart, checkout activity, referring website, approximate location, and date and time of visits.
Information from others: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers (delivery status and tracking events), fraud-screening tools, and analytics and advertising-measurement providers that report on whether an ad led to a purchase.
Please note: because we sell diabetes supplies, what you buy, view or return on the Site may reveal information about your health. We treat this information as sensitive and describe how we handle it in Section 6 and in Part 2.
3. How we use information
- Process and ship your orders, including same-day processing, carrier hand-off, and emailing your tracking number to the address you entered at checkout
- Handle cancellations, address changes, returns and refunds, including sending return authorizations and prepaid return labels, inspecting returned items, reviewing damage or defect claims, and issuing refunds to your original payment method
- Manage subscriptions you sign up for
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Prevent fraud and keep the Site secure
- Send you emails about your orders, replenishment reminders and, if you subscribe, offers and updates (see Section 7)
- Display product reviews
- Understand how the Site is used and improve it, including measuring the effectiveness of our advertising
- Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and enforce our terms
4. Cookies and the tools we use
We use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies. Some are necessary (cart, checkout, security). Others help us analyze traffic and measure advertising. The services we use are:

We do not use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok advertising pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
Third parties operate their own cookies and handle information under their own policies. You can control non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our Site, in your browser settings, and with the opt-out links above. Blocking necessary cookies may affect cart and checkout.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for that browser. Our Site does not respond to other Do Not Track signals.
5. How we share information
We share information with:
- Service providers that work for us, including those listed in Section 4: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and review providers, our subscription app, automation tools, analytics and advertising-measurement providers, and fraud-prevention services. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or against fraud.
- A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, sale or reorganization.
- Anyone else, only with your direction or consent.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell health-related information. Some state laws define "sale" or "sharing" to include certain advertising and analytics cookies. To the extent our use of the tools in Section 4 falls under those definitions, you can opt out through our cookie banner, with a GPC signal, or as described in Section 8.
6. Health-related information and advertising
We do not ask for your diagnosis, medical history, prescriptions or insurance to shop with us. We do not use information about the specific products you buy, view or return to build advertising audiences or to target ads to you on other websites. We do not share your information with advertising platforms for the purpose of identifying people with a health condition.
7. Email and text messages
Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us. We process opt-outs within 10 business days. Order, shipping, tracking, return and refund emails will still be sent.
Text messages. We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we add them, we will ask for your consent separately, update this policy, and publish SMS Terms before sending any.
8. Your choices and rights
We offer the following rights to all customers in the United States, wherever you live:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and share, and get a copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, we must keep order records for tax purposes)
- Opt out of "sale," "sharing" or targeted advertising
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Appeal a decision on your request
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights
How to make a request: email Support@DiabeticSaver.com with the subject "Privacy Request," call (702) 983-6999, or write to us at our business address in Section 1. We will verify your identity using information we already hold, such as your email address and an order number. You may use an authorized agent. We aim to respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time. There is no charge for reasonable requests. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state attorney general.
Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information at the email above. We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines it.
9. How long we keep information

We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Payment details are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where we operate
We sell and ship only within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico and military/APO addresses. Information is processed in the United States.
13. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. This policy does not apply to them.
14. Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date. If we make a material change to how we use health-related information, we will give notice before it takes effect.
