Shipping

Shipping methods

Standard shipping is free on orders to the contiguous United States, with no minimum. Express and Next Day Air are optional upgrades. We ship with UPS, and with alternate carriers where UPS does not deliver.

Delivery times are counted in business days from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military / APO addresses may take longer than these estimates.

Order processing

Orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.

Tracking

We email a tracking number to the address you entered at checkout as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and military / APO addresses. If you are shipping to a P.O. box, please select the Standard shipping method only. For all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or a military / APO address, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package. Shipments may also be subject to additional shipping charges.

Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email Support@DiabeticSaver.com right away. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change.

Return Policy

Return deadlines

Report a problem within 5 days of receiving your order, and send the item back within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Report within 5 days. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return or to report a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
• Return within 30 days. Approved items must be shipped back within 30 days of the purchase date.

Requests made more than 5 days after receipt, and items sent back more than 30 days after purchase, are not eligible.

What can be returned

To qualify, an item must be new, unopened and in its original retail packaging with the security seal intact.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept:

• Opened CGM sensors
• Opened insulin pump pods
• Other opened medical devices
• Items not in original condition, or damaged after delivery

How to return an item

1. Email Support@DiabeticSaver.com or call (702) 983-6999 within 5 days of receipt. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will email you a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and ship it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please do not ship an item back until you receive a return authorization. Returns sent without one may not be accepted.

Return shipping

We send you the shipping label and pay the return shipping cost on every approved return. The label includes tracking, so a return lost in transit is on us, not you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

• No restocking fee. We do not charge one on any return.
• No shipping deducted. Return shipping is free, and we do not deduct any shipping charge from your refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We do not replace defective items after they have been opened. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact customer service within 5 days of receipt and include photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your claim and let you know how it will be resolved.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
