FreeStyle Libre 3 Sensor
The FreeStyle Libre 3 System is the only CGM able to maintain accuracy over 14 days without needing fingerstick calibration or sensor coding. Also, it gives your first reading just one hour after applying the sensor.
The FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor can be used with either the FreeStyle Libre 3 reader or the FreeStyle Libre 3 app.
The sensor for the FreeStyle Libre System is small, discreet, and water-resistant. The sensor is worn on the back of the upper arm. The slim design of the FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor is thinner than two stacked pennies. The sensor can easily be scanned through clothing. After the 1 hour start-up period, the sensor can be worn for up to 14 days. The FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor automatically measures glucose every minute and doesn't require finger-stick calibrations.
Real-time glucose readings are sent every minute to your smartphone and can be viewed with a glance.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be new and unopened
- The product must be in original retail packaging
- Security seals must remain intact
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (recommended window)
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened CGM sensors
- Opened insulin pump pods
- Opened medical devices
- Any product not in original condition
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

- Wait for return authorization instructions
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Provide photos of the product and packaging
