Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed and shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada fulfillment location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 3PM PST ship the same day. Orders placed after 3PM PST ship the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of medical supplies, items must be unopened and in original retail packaging to qualify for return. Please review our Refund Policy page for full details.
